1. These draft terms and the local preview

This draft describes the intended Mighty Bladder digital education bundle and the limited local prototype. No live order, payment, account or subscription can be created here. A public version must identify the actual seller and match the finalized checkout, delivery and access terms before orders are accepted. 2. General education, not clinical care

Mighty Bladder provides general nonclinician education about pelvic-floor strength, contraction and full release, common mistakes, suitability, information reading and preparing questions. Use of the material does not establish a professional healthcare relationship, provide a diagnosis, assess your muscles, prescribe individual exercises or select treatment.

The phrase “the other half of a Kegel” is a teaching theme. It is not a new discovery, a measured fraction, a claim that everyone needs relaxation, or an explanation for every woman’s symptoms. No outcome, stronger muscle, improved bladder control, dryness or particular timeframe is guaranteed. Research sources and authors are identified for attribution, not institutional endorsement of this product.

Ask a qualified professional about personal suitability. Stop uncomfortable practice or practice that worsens symptoms and seek guidance. Do not delay care to finish a course. Inability to pass urine, blood in urine or painful urination are examples calling for prompt care; this is not an exhaustive urgent-symptom list. Use local medical services for urgent concerns. 3. The intended $27 one-time bundle

The frontend bundle price is $27 USD, paid once. Its exact 27 included items are ten individual video lessons, one workbook, seven individual non-AI tools and nine bonus collections. Each bonus collection counts once. It includes no physical tablet, DVD, device, clinical consultation, AI medical service or audio recap. Physical-looking cover art is illustrative.

Production status: the ten scripts and transcripts exist, but video/audio files are not produced. Current workbook/bonus editions are printable HTML; dedicated PDF editions are not supplied. The local prototype opens the base materials immediately for review without login. This is not a claim that live customer delivery is ready or that media files exist.

The final checkout must accurately show delivery timing, formats, access duration and any applicable taxes before payment. This draft does not promise lifetime hosted access or supply missing release terms. No charge is accepted until the actual offer and fulfillment can be presented accurately.

4. 30-day no-questions-asked refund

For a course purchase under the final offer, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing team@mightybladder.com. You do not have to give a reason, complete exercises, demonstrate use or disclose health information. Include the purchase email and an order reference if available so the purchase can be located.

The local preview cannot process a refund because it has no real transaction or payment integration. The guarantee does not reduce statutory refund rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No support-response or bank-processing deadline is promised in this draft.

5. Future membership is a separate choice

The one-time bundle does not enroll you in membership or a physical newsletter. Any future subscription would require separate express consent after clear disclosure of its actual price, frequency, renewal and cancellation terms. No recurring charge, trial conversion, preselected upsell or membership billing is active here.

A future membership must preserve independent base-bundle rights, subject to the course’s disclosed access term. Proposed monthly releases are planning, not a guaranteed live schedule or working same-account integration. Cancellation controls must be tested before recurring offers are enabled.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

Subject to the final purchase and applicable law, course materials are intended for your personal, noncommercial learning. You may use offered downloads and print copies for that purpose. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, falsely claim authorship of, or remove attribution from protected course materials without permission. Facts, public-domain material, source authors’ rights and uses permitted by law are not claimed as exclusively owned by Mighty Bladder.

Do not use the prototype to introduce malicious code, interfere with access, misuse another person’s information or impersonate a healthcare professional. No obligation to provide personal health information or a testimonial is imposed.

7. Scope of responsibility and mandatory rights

General education cannot replace an individual assessment or promise a particular health result. You should seek appropriate professional advice for personal concerns. These statements do not excuse misleading claims, remove the refund guarantee or negate obligations imposed by law.

Nothing in this draft excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or waives nonwaivable consumer, privacy or other rights. No arbitrary liability cap, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive out-of-state forum is imposed here. Rights and remedies remain subject to applicable law.

8. Questions and updates

You may contact team@mightybladder.com to ask about access, a download, this draft or the refund guarantee. Informal contact is welcome but is not a condition that prevents you from using a legal right or contacting a regulator. Do not include medical records, card data or passwords.

Material changes to an eventual live offer or service must be explained before they affect a new purchase or new data use. This draft has not been published as an effective agreement. It requires attorney review and verified operating facts.
